Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We take great care to make sure that every product is thoroughly quality checked before shipping. But in a rare event when:
- Returns will only be accepted for size issues.
- No other reasons (including change of mind, color variation or style preference) will be eligible for return
Exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- It is in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice intact
We suggest you to check our size chart carefully before placing your order to make sure of a perfect fit.
How to Initiate a Return
These details must be sent to (email) or (contact number) within 72 hours of receiving the product:
- We would need clear photographs of the product received showing the damage.
- Your Order ID
- Your issue with the product in detail.
If you are reaching out and sending it to us via email, please mention “Exchange Request” in the subject line. Once we review and approve your request, we will arrange a free pick-up from your location.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only allowed before we have shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled.
Not Eligible for Exchange:
- The item has been used or worn
- The original packaging, box or tag is missing
- The product was ordered by mistake
- The issue was reported after the 72-hour window
