Our goal is to deliver your order precisely, in good shape and on schedule every single time. We only ship your orders through reputable national courier services.

After receiving an order, we ship it out within two working days. Except for Sundays and public holidays, we are open from Monday through Saturday. For next-day deliveries, orders must be placed by or before 2:00 PM. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM will be handled the next business day.

Shipping costs

• We provide free shipping for all our orders, but for next-day deliveries, we charge an additional Rs. 75.
• COD orders are subject to a Rs. 50 fee and each additional unit purchased will cost an additional Rs. 50. 

How can I find out where my order is?

You will be notified via email or WhatsApp when your order ships, along with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order on our website. If after 7-9 working days of dispatch, your order has not arrived to you, please email us at (houseofelorra@gmail.com) and we will handle the matter from there.

What should I do if my courier bag isn't properly sealed?

Please record the product (opening the bag and removing it) if you receive a packaging bag that is improperly sealed or that has been tampered with. This might be required when submitting a claim.

• International shipments are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• There are no services available for wrapping gifts currently.
