At House of Elorra, every piece is handcrafted with care and is very thoughtfully curated for you. As most of our products are handmade and created in small batches, some slight variations in colour and texture are completely normal and a part of the uniqueness and  because different devices have different display settings, so we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your device screen will match the actual product 100% accurately even though we make every effort to make sure that all the product information and pictures are exactly as shown on the website. 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We take great care to make sure that every product is thoroughly quality checked before shipping. But in a rare event when: 

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive an incorrect product

Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused and it is in its original packaging along with the tag and the invoice of the order.

How to Initiate a Return

These details must be sent to (houseofelorra@gmail.com) or (+91 9311388904) within 72 hours of receiving the product:

• We would need clear photographs of the product received showing the damage.
• Your Order ID
• Your issue with the product in detail.

If you are reaching out and sending it to us via email, please mention “Exchange Request” in the subject line. Once we review and approve your request, we will arrange a free pick-up from your location. 

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only allowed before we have shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

Not Eligible for Exchange:

• The item has been used or worn
• The original packaging, box or tag is missing
• The product was ordered by mistake
• The issue was reported after the 72-hour window
